Lesean has a slim, yet muscular build, chocolate brown skin, and brown eyes. He typically keeps a cleanly shaven face, but isn't above growing out his facial hair every so often. His hair is styled in short, small locs with the sides of his head shaved down.
When not in his hero attire he tends to dress casually, usually opting for more form fitting graphic t-shirts and jeans or workout gear.
Powers/Abilities
Lesean's body is constantly absorbing energy from photons within light itself, which in turn has granted him a multitude of abilities including:
Class 2 strength (able to lift a maximum of 4000 lbs.)
Enhanced agility, reflexes, speed, durability, and stamina
Low-Grade Healing Factor
Concussive photon energy blasts
He can also absorb other types of energies, though in a very limited capacity, which can temporarily enhance his physical attributes and photon energy blasts.
Lesean can channel his energy into different parts of his body (e.g. fists and feet) while fighting, allowing him to strike with a bit more force.
Proficient in hand-to-hand combat, Blue Thunder uses a combination of techniques from Boxing and Capoeira (both of which he is trained in), as well as mixing in moves from professional wrestling and martial arts films combined with an evasive parkour-like style.
Paraphernalia/Weapons
Hoverboard: Blue Thunder has been known to use a collapsible, remote controlled, skateboard-like hoverboard to travel about the city streets, sides of buildings, rooftops. This was given to him by Naomi King of Winters Inc during a skirmish with her father's underlings.
Energy Sword: Though Blue Thunder chooses not to use it (for fear of killing), he was given a custom-tailored lightsaber-esque sword by his on again-off again associate Axl Rose. It is powered by his own photon-based energy output.
